Ad campaign and content creation including photography, video concept and art direction of The Charles townhomes for The Beach Co.
Challenge: The Charles, luxury townhomes were still under construction.
We did not have an actual product to promote and advertise.
Strategy/Concept: Created a lifestyle experience showcasing the amenities and surrounding area, views and waterfront to generate interest in prospective buyers. Brand persona was inspired by the original Thomas Crown Affair movie to target an upscale, luxury seeking type demographic that’s in search of a residence that offers “everything” .
Results: sold over 25 million dollars in townhomes
